Unexpected end of input. Veritas Backup Exec

We are using Veritas Backup Exec w/ Windows 2000. The past week or so our daily backup has been failing. When I check the computer in the morning I believe it is frozen. I have to unplug it to restart it. Then when it boots up I get this message.

Unexpected end of input.
81: C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup
Exec\NT\Data\BEX_NASS-BACKUP_01919.xml
