Hi I have a issue on a option 11

If extn. 1729 is forwarded to 677-1015 and you call extn. 1729 the call will ring 677-1015.However, if you you call the DID of Extn.1729 which is 502-1729 the caller will get a busy

All help is appreciated

Is 677-1015 an external number?. If so, then has extension 1729 got CLS = CFXA?. Also have you got CLS = SFA?.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Yes 677-1015 is an external number. The extn also have CFXA in the cls Will have to check to see if SFA in the CLS.

Yes..
All DID works find you only get a busy when the extn is forwarded to an external number. However, if you dial the extn. 1729 internal it works with no problem. If you take the Forwarding off you can call the DID without any issue.

did you set your system to allow for trunk to trunk transfers? I would start there.

TRNX: YES
EXTT: YES
Opt: CFF

All that good stuff. Search this forum there are numerous posts about this.

On 1015, Check the CLS for parameter CFTA. If this is set, then look for EHT.
