Type 31 mailbox

We have a type 31 mailbox that allows people calling to access 1 key dial options. That works great but if the message ends and the caller doesn't press any key the system hangs up. Are we doing something wrong? Is there a way to allow it to replay the message? or am I using the wrong type mailbox type.

you must not have an attn avalible and you may have the greeting recorded as a custom help prompt and not a greeting a greeting will repeat before it defaults
