Turn off ring when on the phone

We have a user with a 3904 phone who would like their phone not to ring audibly when they are on a call and another call comes in. It is OK to show on the display but they don't want to hear it. Is this possible?

go into the phone volume options and turn BUZZ all the way down.

and make sure CLS is BUZZ, not RNGI or RNGB

if your cls is fitd, you'll get one tone insstead of repeated.. you can add a dnd key, the user can enable dnd when they are on the phone.. it does not stop ring after it starts..

another possible solution is make key one scn or mcn..

If I have FITD and BUZZ in CLS what parameters must be set to actually make the key only ring once. I have a 3903 programmed but the calls ring just like normal programmed as SCR.
