Hi and thanks in advance. Might be a simple question or (hopefully simple answer) Have BCM 400 4.0 using auto attendant to answer calls. Have DID set to ring&app on one ext., I can get it to FNA to another ext. but don't know how to program it to go to VM. Any help is appreciated.

Trying to get DID's to go to VM

In the extn DN capabilites set the call forward no answer to the voicmail DN (press Feature 985) then set the ring delay(default 4)to the desired delay.
You can also set the Foward on busy to the same DN.
So now when a call rings the extn it forwards to the voicemail DN after the ring delay timer is reached.
If the extn is busy (DND is ticked)then the call will go directly to voicemail.
