Trunk Utilization 3

Does anyone know of a program that can be used for trunk utilization reports off the CS1K? Any information on how I can get CDR and Trunk Utilization on the CS1K would be greatly appreciated.

You need to
1. enable CDR on your routes.
2. Collect the CDR data into a buffer box.
3. Use Telephony Manager to run utilization reports.

You can get traffic without CDR and you can get CDR without traffic. Trunk Utilization data is going to be best identified from traffic.

After checking with management, they really want some type of utilization tool they can use to retrieve reports without having to use a calculator as it would be too tedious for them. They stopped using TM when they switched to 7.5. We can turn on CDR and get it to a buffer box, but need a problem or tool that will automatically pull from that buffer box to create reports. Any suggestions?

With 7.5 Traffic reports are included in Element Manager
Tools, Logs and Reports, Operational Measurements

A nice Buffer box is an Omnitronix Data Link DL100 and a good CDR traffic Software is Avotus.

MORE HELP NEEDED: I can't seem to find anything automated in EM. It seems to show more of what is going on at the NOW time. I enabled traffic report collection under Operational Measurements, and it states that the 'date collected is stored on the server" Any idea who to retrieve that data?
