This may be outside the box, but I will explain the whole picture.

I have CM2.2.2, ModMess2.0, Avaya IP Office 8.1

I have a trunk group, using PRI, connecting the IPO to the G650. Call it Trunk 1. (A separate company moved in here, and needed separate voicemail.)

My question is how do I force calls FROM IPO to go out a certain trunk group (Trunk 2) on the PBX? Seems right now it just uses ARS, which I want to bypass for this particular trunk.
Also, I want to be able to route inbound calls on Trunk 2 directly to Trunk 1, base on the DNIS.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Check the COR assigned to the incoming trunk group. Within the COR there is a field for 'Time-of-Day routing'. If you change it from the default (1) you can use Partition routing to send the calls out over different trunk groups.

I'm not very familiar with IP Office, but doesn't it have an integrated voice mail feature?

Yes, Kevin, it does have voice mail...that is why I was going to use the IP Office for the separate company, and keep them off our corporate VM system.

Thanks for the response, but I think I have decided to use a different range of extensions, and possibly different community in MM to keep them separated.

You could always have the IP Office send an extra digit when it calls across Trunk 1, perhaps insert an extra 9555, so when it gets to the CM it dials 9(for ARS), then match 555 in the ARS analysis and route it out Trunk 2. Without trying it, it sounds good in my head.
