I have an Avaya IP Office (9.07.983) with UC Module. The UC module is not working. System Status say its booting and applications are None. I can't talk to it using <Lan1 IP address:7070>, and it is not booting of the USB drive nor do I get a light on the USB drive when I plug it in. Nothing display when I plug a monitor to the HDMI port. But it does show up in system hardware an in licenses, and I have a solid green light in the front of the unit. Is there anything that I can try to fix it or no. Thank you in advance.

If the HDMI port isn't showing anything at all that makes me suspect that the boards hardware itself is bad. You should at least see a BIOS, even if there isn't any software loaded on it.

Trash/Maintenance RMA time.

The monitor HDMI only works if it is already connected when the UCM is restarted. No USB light means nothing.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thank you both. I forgot to mention that after awhile system status does say boot failed, and I can do a shutdown and restart from system status.
I did do a power down of the UC module and the IP Office while the HDMI cable is plugged in and nothing shows up after restart. Thank you again.

shut it down and use the licensing it provides to run VmPro on a separate server.
That way you don't have to buy the Preferred License and can still have a PC or server that can be maintained easily
