Transparent photo??

I have photoshop 7, and I need help turning a photo into a transparent, so that I'll be able to show another photo behind it. The photo that's on the top should be a ghost-like and you can see through another photo behind it.

Hi,

On your layers palette there is a drop down with the word:
"Opacity:" next to it. Simply slide that slider down to make the image transparent.

You could also double click on the layer and play with the blending options on the menu that appears.
