I have an officeserv 7200 installed w/ analog lines that come off a T1. Some of the employees are complaining of callers not being able to hear them. I've reluctantly increased the db levels for DGP and Analog Trunks to +2.8 on the T-Switch Gain Tx side and it improved for awhile.
However, the problem has reoccurred. I'm thinking that it may be a carrier problem. Any suggestions

Have you actually measured the TX and RX levels for each analogue trunk on your channel bank or IAD with test equipment? Without accurate level measurement you are just shooting in the dark!

Is the channel bank or IAD maintained by you or the service provider?

Who made the channel bank or IAD?

What is DGP?

The channel bank is an adtran router that hands off the analog trunks. DGP is +1.9 and ATRK is +2.8 I knew it was hit and miss but figured I'd try it anyway.

I'll have the provider measure those levels asap. Thanks
