Two extensions on a CICS have suddenly lost their ability to transfer calls to voice mailboxes. The display on the T7316e set flashes the feature code 986 and then returns to the ordinary in-call display. There is no prompt to enter the user's mailbox. The other 6 phones in the system continue to work. We recently installed call center, and the problematic phones are involved with that (one has an agent logged in most of the time and the other is the set at which the call rings before being forwarded into the call center).
