Ok, we just upgraded from Octel to MM and also upgraded the Communications Manager to the latest/greatest.
Problem: The recording in a mailbox says: ".... if you need immediate assistance please call 1356." In the Octel system the caller just dialed the 1356 and they were transfered to station 1356. How do we accomplish this in MM? If you try to press an extension you get some beeps and a "please continue recording your message".
