Topas command doesn't refresh.... 1

We have a little problem with the monitorring tool
topas on aix 4.3.3. Has anyone ever experienced
problems with the process list not updating?
If so, does anyone know the solution. for it? Topas has always worked before. We have checked the closed tars and patches on the ibm site...besides topas core dumps and networking throughput errors concerning topas, We can't find
something usefull to solve the problem.

Try issuing the following command:
ipcs -m|more

TOPAS uses the memory segment that begins with 0x78

issue the following command:
iprm -m #(where # is the number associated with the meory segment...In my case it was 11)

This will remove the hung shared memory segment associated with TOPAS

Now invoke TOPAS

Did this correct the problem????

I knox that but i have another problem with that... the pid associate with that memory segment is HACMP..... this critical...
