Customer uses an AA to answer all calls with 3 options with each option ringing a different group and a group for VIP calls (separate number no AA for VIP calls). They want to implement a rollover to a live answering service if call is not answered in 5 rings. That's the easy part. What i'm a bit confused on is getting all calls to go directly to the live answering service on Mondays when closed from 7AM-10PM automatically. Each AA option and the VIP number will each have a different answering service number. I've set that up and it works fine. Just getting calls straight to the live service is my challenge without the customer having to press a night button. I know how to acomplish this with vmpro but not embedded.Thanks in advance [pc1]
 
Add a time profile with a recurring pattern Monday 7am to 10pm.

In the incoming call route that's currently routing to the auto-attendant, select Destinations. Below the default route (to the AA), add a new destination with the time profile selected and the live destination.





Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
embeded AA's will failover to the fallback destination of the ICR if not answered after the inactivity timer (set in the AA) expires

If option 1, 2, 3, and VIP all go to different answering services, you can't just redirect the incoming calls for the AA to a single number. If you create a copy of the AA and change the options of 1, 2, & 3 in the copy to the live numbers, then you can set the time profile in the ICR as per Sizbut above, just point it to the copy of the AA.

So ICRs of xxx-xxx-xnrm would default value to MainAA, and via Mon time profile to CopyMainAA and xxx-xxx-yvip would default to VIPgroup and on timeprofile to VIP ans srv number.
