Hi guys,

we have nortel cs1000 and we replace it with ipoffice 500 server edition R 9.1.8, its working fine but when i enable forward to mobile and if some one call from outside and this call forward it to mobile and showing main number of the company not showing the caller number, in old system the employees told me before it was showing the caller number not the company pilot number, so my question is : it's possible to show the caller number in AVAYA ipoffice ?

Yes, setup depends on what trunks you have.

we have PRI line, and if work with PRI how can i do it please ?

We use the SS function within a dial shortcode - if your carrier allows, it should work like a champ.

Enable "Send twinned number" on the PRI trunk.
Check monitor with ISDN L3 TX/RX to see if your sending the number.
You might need to send the number as national using ssi on the outgoing shortcode
