Hello
When making an internal call between two lines, we notice that one of the parties does not hear the call, and sometimes the call is interrupted .
please help me .

Thank you, but the problem is not with the phone speaker, but rather with the splitter Hipath4000 in the splitter settings

I think Google Translate may have let us down there.

How is it possible to help with this question? "Sometimes the call is interrupted". You have given no information. It could be anything. You haven't mentioned phone types, IP, digital, analogue. You haven't mentioned software version or what peripheral cards are in use. You've given no useful information at all.

You should check the hista file for any messages that appear at the time of the problem.

This problem in analoge and digital Telephone , The version Hipath4000 v5 , we have not any message that appear in Hista File.

You need to narrow it down. All analogues to all digitals? Or just a specific SLMA/SLMO. And if it's just a specific card, is it the only circuit on that card, or all circuits? Can you get it always from the same analogue, or always the same digital? etc etc. You need to test.

If the 4K is a duplex processor you might try reloading the standby processor, then switched the active processor over to the standby. But if there are no hista messages, it could just be your phone hardware.
