Ok everyone!

I have a site in development that could use a good thrashing!!! Anyone up for the challenge?

The Showcase and tech support sections are not yet functioning, but we will do an initial launch with just the products section. The Amplifiers are missing their corresponding wireframes through the "Xray" and the main description text will be enlarged. Other than that all feedback is GREATLY appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks all!

Pros...
Nice & slick!
Like the scanning fx on most items!
Why the difference in the fx on amplifiers?
Cons...
2 preloaders? Why not a single one?
And you only have 1 section done? How long will this take (56K) when all are done!
Nice design but slow operation of the menus (bottom left).

Use IE 5.5, and in cases like this one, I just hate the useless scrollbar on the right. You might gain in slickness opening a new window, getting rid of the scrollbar, the surrounding margin, and centering your movie.

Only suggestions... But that's what you asked for, isn't it?

;-)

As for removing a thread, you can allways try to red flag (talk to me about that) one of them, explaining your reasons for the request. Management should comply!

going to have a look, depending on the size you might not here from me again until tomorrow ;-)

OldNewbie,

great feedback. Thanks.

The FX on the AMPs: dont have the finished pics from 3D Yet for the matching wireframes.

2 preloaders: The site is very Picture heavy which makes my life a living H@&#. The Intro is Called in separately because of the music track. I tried to get the buffer effect there. I had originally put the intro on the main TL but the movie ended up being huge!!!!!!

1 Section Done: Most of the beef is done. the rest will be vector graphics and loadmovies in a couple of areas.

56k: takes around 2 minutes

Slow operation: There is alot going on I may have to cut out in certain areas, you're right. I find its slower in the browser :(

New window: how do i get rid of the that useless scroll bar ???? and in my browser window it seems centered (PC) even on resize

thanks for your check!!!!! The FlashGuy :)

You can get rid of the scrollbar and the browser's window small borders by adding this to your <body> tag:

<BODY MARGINHEIGHT=&quot;0&quot; MARGINWIDTH=&quot;0&quot; TOPMARGIN=&quot;0&quot; LEFTMARGIN=&quot;0&quot; scroll=&quot;no&quot;... + rest of your stuff...>
<Center>...

It does appear centered, but when you remove the scrollbar, there might be an offset the size of the scrollbar. Not sure 'cause I don't use tables. That explains my <center> tag.
