Terminal server software?

To build a dedicated Terminal Server, can I simply use Windows 2003 server software and add Terminal Services licenses?

Or, is there still Special Terminal Server software (like ther was in NT 4.0)?

It's built into Windows Server. Go to Add/Remove Programs

Essentially, you're saying that I need only Windows 2003 server software, and the appropriate number of Terminal server licenses?

Yes. But you don't want to install TS on a DC.

TS is built in - you just need the licenses.
