Teleworker

Hi,

I have seen that there is a release 3.2 of Teleworker but when I click on Blades on my server it does not list. The version I see and that is installed is ver. 3.1.12

How do I get hold of release 3.2?

When the blade becomes available, you will see it in your list of blades you can update.

There was a problem a couple of weeks ago before they started distributing it. With that said, they pulled it off and no one is running 3.2 yet.

I think it had to do with the new 5235 and a problem. The bug was too big to ignore and they have not released it yet. I heard September 1st, but don't quote me.

have you reg for server link and if you go onto the AMC what is the status of the server

Yes I have registered Service Link. The status doesn't say antyhing except what is already installed.

It sounds like you are working okay. When you go to the status page, you would see in red words at the top "unable to connect to Mitel....xxxx number of times."

3.2 has not been released yet. I will post when it is.

Mitel has released version 3.2 for the Teleworker blade. You should now see it in your list of Blades you are able to UPDATE, if you are sync'ing every hour.
