Not really sure what you're asking.
If you're asking whether it uses IPv4 or IPv6, I would say IPv4.
If you're asking if it uses Winsock v1 or v2, then it depends on whether you're patched all the way. If you are, then you are most likely using Winsock v2.
Not sure of any commands to check off the top of my head. The knowledge base at microsoft.com may help.
