Task Scheduler (64-bit) task stops working...

I have a simple task setup in Task Scheduler that runs a batch file that calls a VBscript to check for the presence of files in a specific folder. Working fine for 3 weeks and then stops working last week. Task is running as scheduled every 15 minutes but not reporting out when finding the files. I can run the batch file and the VBscript just fine from the command prompt.

I've been googling and see this has been as issue for others but have found nothing to resolve it for me.

Any suggestions??
