I am trying to remove the download.trojan from a clients computer...NASTY little thing!

I Control-Alt-Delete and only a single pain of the Task Manager comes up (Win XP)...

The only thing I get is the "Application" section of the task manager. It even by-passes the initial "Task Manager Menu" screen.

It has no options for the Processes, Performance, Networking or Users tab.

Is this a result of a virus? How can I get it back...?

This is called 'tiny footprint' (or something like that). Double click somewhere on the empty border. And no, it's not a virus.

Thanks a million! With all of the time that I have been working on these things, I never new that it existed!
