Ok this is an extremely annoying problem..

When I change the Tab Index numbers in the properties of my form the tab index numbers from the other fields change.

Usually they change accordingly and everything is fine.

But they are changing in a really wierd pattern...

Now when I press the tab button on the form the cursor shifts all over the place...

Anyone have this problem before and know how to fix??

Thanks for your time.

Jon

I think that since a tab index-number on a form can only be used once, changing one number means changing another at the same time. To avoid strange behavior, right-click somewhere on the form and choose Taborder. Drag the fields into the desired taborder...

How are ya Olddogg1 . . .

A better way to set tab order:
[ol][li]In [blue]form design view[/blue] from the menubar [purple]View[/purple] - [purple]Tab Order[/purple].[/li]
[li]For each section you simply [blue]drag & drop[/blue] your desired order![/li][/ol]
