When you upgrade to 6.x and the vendor installs system manager.. does that now replace ASA for administration? If so, how difficult is it to use and is there any docs anyone can share on it?

ASA can remain in place - although System Manager provides a web-interface into CM (helpful centralised interface if you have Session Manager, CM etc)

Look on under Avaya Aura System Manager - lots of information.
