I installed WebDB on an NT server, then uninstalled it. During the de-installation, it asked me for the SYS password. When I used the one that always has worked before (change_on_install), it told me that the password is invalid.

When I try to reinstall, I have the same problem.

possibly related issue: I can log into SQL*Plus as Scott/Tiger. However, when I try SYS/change_on_install, I get the message ORA-01925: maximum of 20 enabled roles exceeded.

Any thoughts?
The help text for this error message states:

ORA-01925: maximum of num enabled roles exceeded

Cause: The specified number of enabled roles exceeds the value specified in the initialization parameter MAX_ENABLED_ROLES.

Action: Increase MAX_ENABLED_ROLES and restart the instance.

So I'd say shutdown the instance, edit init.ora, and startup the instance again.
