Symantec SBE 8.1 Install problem

I am trying to install Symantec Antivirus Small Business Edition 8.1 server on a windows 2000 operating system and I keep getting the same error, which is 'Symantec Antivirus Realtime Failed to Load". This is a new install not an upgrade. I uninstalled 8.1 then reloaded it, but nothing changed.

I currently have Norton Systemworks on my computer, should I remove it before installing Small Business Edition 8.1 or does it even matter.

I can not reinstall norton antivirus. I recieve the message that norton antivirus has been detected therefore norton intivirus will be deselected from the norton system works install menu.

Your windows 2000 server have sp4 applied ??
symantec antivirus 8.1 has some problems with w2k with sp4

I also have a problem with installing SAV 8.1 CE on just one client. Before we used NAV.
The installation procedure on clients was to unistall NAV, delete all NAV files on disk (program files-->navnt, common files--> symantec shared...), restart and then install SAV 8.1 client.
I installed it like this on 20 clients, I still have problem with just one Windows XP client. The installation procedure comes almost to the end, then just before the finsh it starts with saying preforming rollback action, and then it cancels it. Does anyone know what is the problem?
