Sybase security issues?

I have inherited a 2003 server that is running a Sybase product, it seems to be running very well so i don't really want to touch it. I am informed that Sybase no longer support this version, can anyone tell me it there any security issue with this version or is it just an old version?

As far as i can tell it's :

Sybase Central 3.2.0.1982
Adaptive server anywhere 6.0.4.3737
