For teleworker and YA to connect to the SX2000 i assume the SX2000 must be on the LAN, so my question is:

How do you put the SX2000 on the LAN?

hello

the sx2000 must go on the lan via the mc card i think
or you could use a apsu unit which connects via fibre to the sx2000

You can't connect the teleworker or Your Assistant to the 2000 because the 2000 does not support IP sets. You have to upgrade the 2K to have a 3300 controller.

OK, I found something out today while installing YA 3.1 In the release notes it says it will support YA only NOT the softphone on the 2k as long as it is connected via the APSU.

So I was a little incorrect, we all have to be wrong some times....

The SX-2K does support earlier version of the YA (non-softphone), as it is only dependent on MiTAI. Look for support to be stopped on it, as MiTAI continues to evolve.
