Supervisor alert for incoming calls

We are currently using SCC 3.0 express. Supervisor sets are 3904s. I have configured agents keys on the suprevisor phones.

Question:
Is there anyway to notify the supervisor of incoming calls with an audible tone or buzzer, so the supervisor can be alerted to the incoming call?

we have very low incoming call volume, so we'd like to have the supervisor observe all incoming calls.

Not sure about an audible alert. If that can't be done you could make the supervisor priority one and all the other agents priority 2. That way calls would ring on supervisors phone first and they can either let it ring and go back in queue or else hit there observe key which should send the call to next available agent. This way supervisor knows when calls come in. Just a thought. Good Luck.
 
Also set the CLS RNGB in stead of BUZZ to be notified more than once.
