Sum and Average Values for a Max Summarized field

I have the following crosstab:

1. I tried to put a running total but the problem is when it is switching to the next month.
2. I cannot create a group by district,year,quarter and month and put the crosstab in that group. Then the crosstab shows split by District.


Any idea how to do this?

You would have to remove the column field on months and use conditional formulas in your summaries to define the months, and then in the above example, you would have three summaries, Month 1, 2, and 3. You would then be able to use running totals in the formatting area that would allow you to do the average.

Can you give me a little more explanation please. I did not catch what you were saying in that.
