Hi again,

I currently have 6 subreports contained within one main report. However, when I attempt to print the main report it only prints the first subreport and not the others. How can I get all 6 subreports to print continously?

Ryan.

I have a report with four subreports and the way I got mine to work was making sure the subreports were in the detail section in the order I wanted them in the final. I inserted a page break between each to start a fresh page on each.

I am still tinkering with the interaction of controls on the subreports like headers and footers and sorting and grouping and how that is reflected in the main report. If someone knows of a good overview (in plain english) of how this works I'd like to know about it.

The way access treats grouping and headers and footers goes like this. Page headers and footers in the sub reports so not appear in the main report however group headers and footers do. Report headers and footers in the sub reports will appear in the main report. If you need column titles in a page header use the main report's page header. It is a pain to get them all lined up though.
