Submit Produces Error Message FP Not Installed ...

but they are there. I don't use Front Page and, in fact, don't have a copy of it but a client on my server does. I explained we don't provide support, however I want to give the best in customer service so I'd like to help her solve her problem.

This is the code she has written. It continues to give the error message that FP Extensions aren't there ... even though all extentions are installed on the server in her root directory and again in her public_html directory which is where the file with this code is located..

Hi I am going to leave my email address send me her page (URL) so I can take a look at what she is trying to do.
Her posting is going to the wrong folder &quot;=&quot;_derived/nortbots.htm&quot; is just a reg &quot;htm&quot; file does nothing with Posting.
