Hi,

Couple of questions?

1. We have one extention that we want to stop forwarding to the operator if the line is busy and just let voicemail pick up. We would still want the person on the other line to have the ability to press 0 to get to the operator. How do we accomplish this?

2. I first tried to see if it was part of any call groups and didn't find any (that doesn't mean that it's not, I just didn't want to go through all 30 groups). Is there a way to find out information about 1 extension, like what group it may be a part of from the phone or admin phone?

Thanks,

Karl

Also, I think this programming could happen in several areas. Where are all the places I need to check?

Thanks Again,

Karl

Print out the extension, first. Thay will tell you what's going onwith it. It will tell you what you need to change.

I could be wrong but I don't think our system is set up to print. Is there any way to access the information from the admin phone display?

Thanks for you help,

Karl

I'm not sure if this will help, but it worked on my Legend-

It sounds like that extension is not part of group #30 which is usually the group that goes to voicemail (from what I understand) - so join it to group 30 and then the "zero out" feature will probably be enabled by default. It's worth a shot -

Definitely printing out the extension will help - Pepperz is right.

here's the manual

good luck
