I wanted to know if anyone could provide me w/ information or recommend a site that offers step by step information setting up a w2k server. I have 3 PC's and one laptop and I would like to create a small testing domain. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I would suggest that you start here:
You will find a ton of information on the Microsoft site. Start at Microsoft.com/windows.
Take your time and all will be fine. If this is just to be a test environment you could go at it by just following all the wizards and you should be OK. When asked for your DNS name Microsoft suggests you use something like mycompany.local instead of mycompany.com.
