What does the status light on the front of the BCM50 that has the Nortel symbol mean? The light on the front of mine is orange.

services may be down. Can u access the system via EM? Phones flashing?

Log in via element mgr and reset the LEDs under alarm manager. Also check alarm log as maybe there was a not sevice affecting alarm.
