Hi...i am using SlqBase 6.0 and trying to change the length of the column with decimal datatype(from 8,2 to 10,2). I used unload command to unload the table into a .sql file, opened the file in notepad, changed the length, dropped the table and loaded the file back into sqlbase. I find that relationships ( PK and Fk ) are lost. How do i avoid this ?? how do i retain the relationships ?? Any help would be highly appreciated..thanks.

I think when you unload a single table you are only getting the create and inserts, you aren't getting any relationships. You can try doing an unload schema....this should show you your relationships and you can then re-create them.

You might can help me too, when I try to unload a single table it shows it unloads the table but then right away I get an error SQLTALK: various characters and then Error: table does not exist.
