I have a program on an SQL server written Access 97 used by 2 Stations. At the moment a new record is saved but the system will not allow changes. The message box is "Another user is editing the record". The message box has a button to Save changes and overwrite the other user, this is ghosted and not available. The problem lies in that there is no other user trying to edit the record. The program works perfectly if the table is taken off the server and used on the station.
