Hello all,<br><br>Does anyone know of a small (and cheap) SQL database server for a 5-user small business that I could use that would not require much maintenance after evrything has been setup and running? Unfortunately Microsoft SQL Server for 5 users is just too expensive for a small business like this.<br><br>Any info will be greatly appreciated.<br><br>Regards<br>Firoz

How much data do you have? If your database isn't too big, use Access.

Dare I suggest Corel Paradox as being more than a suitable and powerful easy to use candidate for this.

The Interbase 6.0 from Inprise/Borland/Interbase is out now with OpenSource licence. It is a small and easy-to-use SQL server (win/linux).

Bye, Otto.
