The subject really is my question. I’ve checked the NTP’s, and I can’t find any SPRE or FFC codes to transfer a call without having a transfer button programmed on the phone (M3904). Why would I need to do this? Long story. Let’s just say I’m trying to placate a user.

Thanks

i checked the NTPs, there's no FFC for transfer. maybe a conference FFC will work?

What exactly are you trying to do?

An analog phone uses the flash to transfer. There is a FLSH timer in the LD 17 CFN - PRT type CFN in LD22

Also, In LD 15 CDB --under MPO_Data, check the IFLS prompt. If set to yes, it will ignore a switchhook flash. You can PRT out the MPO_Data in LD 21.

However, It would be helpful to know what you are trying to do and what type of device.

REQ: PRT
TYPE: MPO_DATA
CUST: 0

why?

you can not transfer without a transfer key on a digital set. but the 3904 has a soft trnasfer key, it does not need to use a flexable key.. transfer is offered on a softkey when it is possible to transfer..

Thanks for the responses. The long story is that a user is convinced that sometimes her Transfer key doesn’t show up when she needs to answer a call (phone model 3904), and since we have SPRE & FFC codes to do all kinds of other junk, she wants to know if there’s a code to transfer the call in case her transfer button “goes away” again.

Of course I’ve tested and tested and tested and the button shows up every single time we test from her phone. It’s possible her screen or her brain fritzed once or twice, but otherwise it’s all operating as designed. Anyway, I told her I’d check on the code, and you guys answered my question as always. Thanks again!

the transfer does not show up untill she answers.. she may be wanting to transfer or forward after the 1st ring and not have to answer... i have ran into that type as well..

one chance in a million, redownload the firmware
