hello,
can i configure speed dials with the CCA for all type of cisco ip phone without accessing to the web page of the phone?

If you are looking to allow access to all users to this same list, one way to do this is to go to Call Routing/Translation Pattern. Here you can use a "dummy" code to build a list of numbers, that can be separately published to all.
ie #50001, #50002, #50003 etc
We have multiple large locations accessing this in our system, so location A would have #50001 to #50999, location B would be #51001 to #51999 etc. Translation pattern, Partition, calling search space and Called Party Transformation Mask are the essentials here.
Translation patern would be the dial format from above you decide on (#50001), and Mask would be the number as you dial it from your phone.

Do you mean translation profiles? i think it is used to create translation rules to define the mapping between each DID number and its corresponding internal extension. i didn't find the partition, calling large space and called party transformation in the CCA. i use cca version 3.2.
