Hi,

I'm looking for a freeware code that generates flowcharts from source code (obviouslyfor fortran).

Does anyone of you know such a program that's for free?

Thanks,

Gerrit

Yeah, I know Visustin, the problem is that it's not free and the trail version adds a hell of a lot of extra demo bozes.

Didn't find anything free so far.

What is the purpose of the flow chart? Is it to document some really complicated logic? Nowadays, if it is just showing loops, it is pretty pointless. Most people can work that out just by looking at the code. If it is really complicated logic, it may be easier to use something like visio to draw it out.

Alternatively, if you can rewrite the complicated bit in VB6 and you have the enterprise version of Visual Studio 6, there is a built in reverse engineering tool that will draw out something for you.

Eehm... ...well to be honest. It's for a very complicated code that my company wants to "reprogram" (God knows why)
