Hey, Guys!
Trying to figure out is it possible to sort a field (just one) in ascending order on the report?

P.S. It's not an option on a property list
Thanks in advance,

Valeriya

What about the OrderBy and OrderByOn properties of the Report object ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

maybe for somebody else it will be still useful:

Insert an additional sorting or grouping field or expression in a report
1.Open the report in Design view.

2.Click Sorting And Grouping (View Menue) on the toolbar to display the Sorting And Grouping box.

3.In the Sorting And Grouping box, click the selector of the row where you want to insert the new field or expression, and then press INSERT.

4.In the Field/Expression column of the blank row, select the field you want to sort on, or type an expression.
When you fill in the Field/Expression column, Microsoft Access sets the Sort Order to Ascending.

To change the sort order, select Descending from the Sort Order list.
