snmpd log errors errors

My syslogd logs are being flooded with errors from snmpd which look like

Sep  4 14:36:03 myhost last message repeated 4 times
Sep  4 14:36:08 myhost snmpd[41574]: EXCEPTIONS: authentication error: invalid community name: public
Sep  4 14:36:08 myhost snmpd[41574]: EXCEPTIONS: authentication error: invalid community name: hacmp
Sep  4 14:36:11 myhost snmpd[41574]: EXCEPTIONS: authentication error: invalid community name: public

HACMP demands that we run snmpd.
snmpd.conf looks like

Any ideas? What should I be looking at?

and somethink is still going to use public
