Picked up a used Snap Server 1000. Unfortunately, I've got no login credentials for it. Any suggestions how to reset/overwrite the login?

OK, here ya go. This sounds very difficult, but in reality not so bad.

1: Turn of the Snap Server

2: Hold down the reset button and turn on the Snap Server. Hold down until the System and Disk LEDS blink together in unison and then let go of the reset button. This puts the SnapServer into reset mode.

3: Press the reset button again, until either the System or the Disk LED blinks twice in a close interval. If the LED does not blink enough, press the reset button again. If you overshoot mode 2 and flashes more than twice, keep pressing the reset button, it will cycle through.

4: Once in mode 2, hold down the reset button until the SnapServer reboots. Once the SnapServer is rebooting, you can let go off the reset button. You be able to login as the default user and password. I believe it is user root and password admin. Sorry, don't remember for sure.

That should be it.
