SL1000 - CONFERENCE CALLS

Hi Iam from India,recently we bought a NEC PBX model.SL1000 (IP4WW-1632M-A KSU) . we presently have analogue lines coming in.I notice that iam not able to make conference call, earlier pre-Pbx days i use Flash key on my phone to create conference (3 external nos.) calls.However with the Nec Pbx when i press flash key iam not getting dial tone ,i have use a second line for creating external conference calls .Local support here is not present. I was told that multiple external calls is not possible using single line through the PBX , though my telecom provider has enabled that facility and i had used it prior to the PBX.Can somebody help and guide.

SL1000 External Conference
if you want conference with 3 External numbers, you need 3 co trunks.
When using SLT, you need dial 'conference service code' after press flash for adding new conference members.

conference service code = 826 (prg 11-12-02)

Dial method for External Conf:
1. lift handset -> press 9 (trunkAccess) -> dial 1st External number
2. when 1st member connected-> press flash key (1st member put on hold)
3. dial 826 -> press 9 (trunkAccess) -> dial 2nd External number
3. 2nd member connected -> press flash key (1st & 2nd member put on hold)
4. dial 826 -> press 9 (trunkAccess) -> dial 3rd External number
5. 3rd member connected -> press flassh key twice (for connected to all members on conference)
