we have a SV9100 cpu10 that is having problems with the NUSO Sip trunks. seems like a few times a day the trunks are not available. the last company was just having the customer reset the system to get them back. I opened up a ticket with NUSO and they ran a trace on them and came back that the system was not responding to the Reinvite timer. which timer are they referring to? when this happens no inbound or outbound calls can be made. also, I was looking at the problem of the SIP trunks not being able to dial thru the System after the AA answers. the AA will answer but does not recognize ant dialed digits after answering.
