single line roll over 2

I have a partner acs and I would like to know how if i have 10 lines i would like to give a single number out and when someone call that number if its busy then it will roll over to another line that way calls can still get in.

thats a central office function , call your dial tone provider and they can set it up for you

Its called a "Hunt Group" or "Rollover Group" provided by the LEC or CLEC.

So calling the line provider is the only way to do this rollover just wanted to make sure before I call the phone company.
