Silly Pickup Question....

Hi,

I have a 3300 running 8.0.9.20. When a user has multicall appearances on their phone they do not need to hit the key appearance to answer calls coming in on a line, they just pick the phone up - is there anyway to disable this, so they have to press the key appearance to pick up that line?

Check this is set in the Class of Service :-

Ringing Line Select - Yes allows a hanset to answer a ringing multiline key by going off hook.
