Siemens - OptiClient 130 issue

The issue:

Opticlient 130 was installed on a remote computer. This user has a VPN link with our Main private Network.

The softphone can do calls, but can´t receive and it is registered on Hipath 2036 (remote network). Wireshark shows packets until H.225 singaling on port 1720, seems like it is blocked.

When softphone is registered on HiPath 3800 (main network), calls can be establish (transmit and receive).

please any advice....
 
Check codec settings, for the 130 and the HiPath they need to be the same.

I have same problem

Our network guys, think it is the Cisco VPN that makes the problem, but we arent sure yet
 
If you have Cisco change this in the Cisco VPN ASA:

no fixup protocol h323 h225 1720
no fixup protocol h323 ras 1718-1719

yes...vpn link must have ports 1719 and 1720 open between the ssl addresses and the main network.

Problem solve.
