shutting down Telnet for otside

Hello All,
I would like to shut donw my telnet port from outside connections and leave it open to my Lan so I can administor it. how would I go abou doing this?
 
Here's an example....

Create
access-list 1 permit 10.1.1.0 (your inside subnet)
access-list 1 deny any log

Then do a line vty 0 4 from privileged mode
and apply the access-list with access-class 1 in
